Modern Slavery Statement

Logan Tod & Company Limited (trading as Logan Tod & Co)  |  Last updated: July 2026  |  Version 1.0

In plain English: Logan Tod is a small, UK-based, fully remote consultancy. We have zero tolerance for modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and our supply chain. We are below the legal threshold that requires a formal statement, but we publish this one voluntarily to be transparent about our policy and the steps we take.

1. About This Statement

Logan Tod & Company Limited is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings. Our annual turnover is below the £36 million threshold, so we are not a "relevant commercial organisation" required to publish a statement under Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. We publish this statement voluntarily.

2. Our Organisation and Supply Chain

We are a small, UK-based professional-services company providing operational analytics and advisory services to the health and public sectors. We operate a fully remote model and engage a small, professional supply chain comprising a technology platform partner, specialist associates, and, where required, a Clinical Safety Officer. Our sector and supply chain are inherently low-risk for modern slavery.

3. Our Policy

We have zero tolerance of modern slavery, forced or compulsory labour and human trafficking. We are committed to ensuring there is no modern slavery in our own business or our supply chain, and to acting fairly and transparently in all our dealings.

4. Due Diligence and the Steps We Take

  • We engage suppliers and associates on a professional basis, satisfy ourselves of their legitimacy, and expect them to uphold equivalent standards.
  • We pay our people and suppliers fairly and promptly — a maximum of 30 days, and often sooner — reducing the financial pressures associated with labour exploitation.
  • We treat everyone who works for or with us fairly and without discrimination, in line with our Equal Opportunities Policy.
  • We remain alert to modern-slavery risk when engaging new suppliers, particularly any with more complex or international supply chains, and apply proportionate checks.

5. Responsibility and Review

The Director holds overall responsibility for this statement and the underlying policy. It is reviewed at least annually and updated as our organisation grows. This statement is published on our website.
